Both our mental and physical health need to be greatly looked after and tended to consistently. Even though it seems simple, one thing people may struggle with is how to actually care for yourself.

  • Dance
  • Breathing exercises

  • Journal
  • Laugh
  • Take a bath
  • Listen to music
  • Speak to friends/family
  • Treat yourself
  • Repeat affirmations

 

A lot of these activities can overlap - they can aid both your mental and physical health. Don't neglect yourself. We all know of the phrase "Treat others how you'd like to be treated.", but let's not forget

"Treat yourself how you'd like other people to treat you!"
